Cooking Step by Step: Baked Pasta

Hello Readers! Yesterday, I felt like making one of my all time favourite dish to make, Baked Pasta! I've tried using Penne and Bowties but 'Elbows' produce the best result as it gives a classic feel to the dish. Below I will share some simple steps to make it, if you too, feel bored at times and just want to cook, like I do! First things first, Ingredients! I use 'elbows' as my pasta of choice and 2 separate sauces. One sauce would be a white cream based sauce, more like béchamel sauce to give it a good taste and a decent tomato based sauce. I'll explain later why there is a need for 2 sauces in this dish.  Important Ingredients Ample (up to you, really) portion of minced meat, preferably beef or mutton to give it a good taste This is my choice for a white sauce, because it gives this dish a wonderful creamy texture Okay, next, boil the pasta in a pot of boiling water, along with some olive oil to prevent it from sticking and a pinc

So, I finally got my car and have been using it for quite a while now. I must say, I am very impressed! It's packed with features and fuel consumption is much better than my Perodua Myvi 1.5 Extreme earlier plus it has a much larger fuel tank. Leather seats, automatic headlamps, follow me home lights, automatic folding side mirrors are just some of it's extra features of my Premium spec model. This is because ever since receiving keys to it in January 2014, it's been continuously giving me problems whereby it'll drain my battery out and causes the car to not start at all. I've tried many options with my dad, consulted many people but neither Perodua or the accessory shop I always go to is taking blame as both are pointing fingers to each other. This therefore led to a failure in obtaining a conclusion. Hence, we've decided to take a drastic action by letting it go. Yes, we sold it off for RM 38,000 to trade it with a Proton Iriz 1.6 Premium CVT. It's a bigger, better, much more well equipped compact city car compared to my Myvi which I used to drive. I was certainly impressed with the facts and figures if the new engine and fuel efficiency statistics Proton could provide me!  The Proton Iriz Broc
